Paul Heyman opened the show by promoting the Brock Lesnar vs Oba Femi rematch. He was quickly interrupted by loud crowd chants for Oba Femi. Heyman warned that Brock Lesnar had been “awakened” and said Oba was going to be conquered.
A video message from Brock Lesnar followed. Brock congratulated Oba on his WrestleMania win but said the damage from that fight changed things. He promised to humble Oba and take back control.
Back live, Heyman repeated that Lesnar had been awakened and warned what was coming.
Oba Femi then came out and backed Heyman into the corner. He said Brock awakened something in him. Oba declared he would retire Brock Lesnar again and said this time he was not fighting to win, but to end him.
He then signed the contract directly on Heyman before telling him to deliver a message to Brock.
Je’Von Evans vs Penta el Zero M (c) (Intercontinental Championship)
Je’Von Evans and Penta had a fast title match full of counters. Evans used speed early, even hitting a dive to the floor. Penta cut him off with a superkick and later a military press that sent Evans into the announce desk.
Both traded big shots after break. Evans came close with a knee and Ace Crusher, but Penta kept kicking out. In the end, Penta reversed another attack and hit the flip piledriver to win and retain the Intercontinental Championship.
Bayley & Lyra Valkyria vs Judgment Day
Bayley and Lyra Valkyria started strong but Judgment Day took over with power and double team work from Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez. The babyfaces kept fighting back with quick tags and big combos like a neckbreaker and Samoan drop.
Liv Morgan tried to interfere but got ejected. That opened the door for chaos near the end. Roxanne almost stole it with Pop Rox, but Lyra broke the pin. In the finish, Bayley rolled up Roxanne while the distraction with Dominik Mysterio unfolded and got the win.
LA Knight and Jim Uso Clash Over King of the Ring Plans
LA Knight came out and said he’s entering King of the Ring next week. He said winning it would put him on a path to Roman Reigns and the world title. He also questioned where that leaves the Usos.
“Big” Jim Uso came out and showed respect, saying they fought together against the Vision. He told Knight to focus on winning the tournament and let the Bloodline handle their own issues. Knight warned Jim he might be slipping back under Roman’s control. Jim warned him back that disrespecting Roman would make it personal for the whole family. The tension ended with Knight warning he’s ready for that fight if it comes.
Montez Ford vs Seth Rollins
Montez Ford and Seth Rollins had a fast, back-and-forth match with big momentum swings. Ford hit dives inside and outside the ring, while Rollins answered with power moves like the Falcon Arrow and buckle bombs. Both came very close to winning.
Ford hit a frog splash but couldn’t finish it. Rollins escaped, landed Blackout, and finally got the pin. After the match, Angelo Dawkins was attacked by Austin Theory with a steel chair, leaving chaos to close the segment.
Rey Mysterio vs Rusev (Intercontinental Championship #1 Contender’s Match)
Rey Mysterio and Rusev had a fast, back-and-forth match with power vs speed. Rusev used strength with slams and chops, while Rey kept escaping with quick counters and high flying moves.
Rusev caught Rey mid-air and hit a Machka Kick, but Rey still survived. Near the end, Rey reversed the Accolade attempt and rolled Rusev into a folding press for the pin.
Rey Mysterio became the #1 contender for the Intercontinental Championship. After the match, Rusev attacked him, but Dragon Lee ran in to make the save.
Roman Reigns and Jacob Fatu Make Tribal Combat Match Official
Roman Reigns and Jacob Fatu signed the Tribal Combat contract, making the match official for Clash in Italy.
Fatu threw chairs at security earlier, but Roman arrived and stayed calm, telling him the match can’t happen until Italy. Both men got face to face in the ring after security cleared out.
Fatu said Roman built the family but now it’s time for a new direction. Roman said if Fatu wins, he leads the Bloodline. If he loses, he follows Roman. Fatu said either way, things change.
They ended by shaking hands and touching foreheads before the show closed.
