Michael Clarke is a former Australian cricketer. He captained the Australia national cricket team in Tests and One Day Internationals from 2011 to 2015. During his leadership, Australia won the 2015 Cricket World Cup. He retired from all forms of cricket after the final Test of the 2015 Ashes.
Clarke won the Allan Border Medal four times in 2005, 2009, 2012, and 2013. The 2009 award was shared with Ricky Ponting. This award is considered the most important individual prize in Australian cricket. He also received the Men’s Test Player of the Year award at the same ceremony in 2009, 2012, 2013, and 2014.

Michael Clarke Personal Life
Michael Clarke was in a relationship with model Lara Bingle for several years. The couple got engaged in early 2008. During that time Clarke even withdrew from Australia’s 2008 tour of the West Indies after the death of Bingle’s father. However, the engagement did not last and they ended their relationship in March 2010. Clarke left Australia’s tour of New Zealand at that time to deal with the breakup.
Clarke later married business owner and model Kyly Boldy on 15 May 2012. The two had known each other since their school days at Westfield Sports High School in Sydney. They have one daughter together. In February 2020, the couple announced that they had separated, although they had already been living apart for about five months.
