The second edition of 2025 Worlds Collide took place in Las Vegas on September 12, 2025, at the Cox Pavilion in Paradise, Nevada. The show featured talent from WWE’s Raw, SmackDown, and NXT brands along with AAA wrestlers, following WWE’s acquisition of AAA in April 2025.
This was the fifth Worlds Collide event under WWE and the second with AAA. It was also the first time WWE held two Worlds Collide shows in the same year, after the June 2025 event in Inglewood. The Las Vegas event streamed free on WWE’s YouTube channel in English and Spanish at 10 PM EST, and at 7:30 AM IST, right after Friday Night SmackDown.
The card featured big matches, including El Hijo del Vikingo defending the AAA Mega Championship against Dominik Mysterio, Psycho Clown & Pagano putting their AAA World Tag Team Titles on the line against The New Day, and El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. defending his AAA Latin American Championship in a fatal four-way match.
WWE x AAA Worlds Collide Highlights: Eight-Man Tag Team Match
Laredo Kid, Octagon Jr., La Parka, and Mascarita Sagrada defeated Joaquin Wilde, Cruz del Toro, Lince Dorado, and Mini Abismo Negro in an action-packed opener lasting 18 minutes. Mascarita Sagrada stood out with a top-rope hurricanrana and ultimately secured the pinfall for his team.
WWE x AAA Worlds Collide Highlights: Number one Contender’s Match for AAA Reina de Reinas Championship
Natalya defeated Faby Apache in a number one contendership match lasting 9 minutes and 12 seconds. The match featured armbars, guillotine chokes, and back-and-forth roll-up attempts. Natalya eventually won by the three-count pinfall, earning a future shot at the AAA Reina de Reinas Championship.
WWE x AAA Worlds Collide Highlights: AAA World Tag Team Championship
Psycho Clown & Pagano retained their titles against Kofi Kingston & Grayson Waller in a 16-minute match. Despite the short-notice pairing of Kingston and Waller, the champions executed high-flying dives and signature moves. Psycho Clown and Pagano secured the win with a stereo Mexican Destroyer, only to be attacked afterward by Wyatt Sicks.
WWE x AAA Worlds Collide Highlights: Mixed Tag Team Match
Lola Vice & Mr. Iguana defeated Finn Balor & Roxanne Perez in a 12-minute mixed tag match. The match had unique spots, such as Balor’s Demonito puppet and multiple high-flying maneuvers. To finish the match, Vice hit a spinning backfist to secure the pinfall and victory for her team.
WWE x AAA Worlds Collide Highlights: AAA Latin American Championship Fatal Four-Way
El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. retained his title against Ethan Page, Dragon Lee, and JD McDonagh in a fast-paced 9-minute match. The match had multiple near falls and many signature moves from all four competitors. Wagner Jr. survived the match and scored the clean pinfall after delivering his Wagner Driver to Ethan Page.
WWE x AAA Worlds Collide Highlights: The New AAA Mega Champion Dominik Mysterio
Dominik Mysterio defeated El Hijo del Vikingo to become the new AAA Mega Champion. Mysterio used a metal plate inside his mask to secure the final pinfall, capturing the championship. After the match, he celebrated alongside his Judgement Day team members as the show went off-air.
