WWE NXT took place at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. The show continued the build toward Halloween Havoc. The Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic began on the show. Teams competed for a chance to win the tournament.
La Catalina and Thea Hail teamed up against Zaria and Kelani Jordan. Dorian Van Dux and Sean Legacy also teamed with Zilla Fatu. They faced Birth Right in tag team action.

Los Americanos (Bravo & Rayo Americano) vs Noam Dar & Romeo Moreno (Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic First Round Match)
Los Americanos, Bravo and Rayo Americano, faced Noam Dar and Romeo Moreno in the first round of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. The Americanos controlled Moreno early and isolated him before Dar entered and changed the pace. Dar and Moreno used quick strikes and submissions, while Bravo and Rayo answered with power moves.
Bravo later hit a double airplane spin into a double Samoan drop on both opponents. The match then broke into a series of big moves and nearfalls. Rayo hit a Bitter End on Dar, but Moreno broke up the pin. In the closing moments, Moreno and Dar combined for Total Elimination on Bravo. Dar and Moreno scored the pinfall and advanced.
Kali Armstrong vs Skylar Raye
Kendal Grey was shown during therapy discussing her recent struggles after losing the NXT Women’s Championship. She said her current situation felt harder because she does not know when she will return. Skylar Raye then explained that she attacked Kali Armstrong last week because she wanted to create her own opportunities.
Raye hit a satellite DDT and a frog splash, but Armstrong kicked out. Armstrong later hit Kali Connection, but referee Da Brewer was knocked down after Raye moved away. Reina Volcan then attacked both women. Raye took advantage and covered Armstrong with a one-arm pin to win the match.
Kelani Jordan & Zaria vs La Catalina & Thea Hail
Kelani Jordan and Zaria faced La Catalina and Thea Hail in a fast-paced tag team match. Jordan and Zaria controlled the early action, with Jordan hitting a quebrada and Zaria following with a spear. Hail fought back and managed to escape several attacks while trying to reach Catalina.
Catalina eventually received the tag and quickly changed the pace. She hit tijeras on Zaria, followed by hip attacks on both opponents. The match then broke down, with all four women exchanging moves. Hail later countered an F-5 attempt and took advantage of the chaos. She caught Zaria with a jackknife pin, scoring the victory for herself and Catalina.
Cruz Montana and Dion Lennox Heated Brawl
Cruz Montana addressed the crowd and said past losses only made him more determined. He then mentioned wanting to face whoever wins the Mason Rook and Grayson Waller title match. DarkState interrupted, with Dion Lennox telling Montana to focus on his own problems. Lennox entered the ring and questioned why Montana believed he was better than him.
Montana responded by saying he had earned everything in wrestling and claimed Lennox had not paid the same dues. Their argument became more heated as they traded personal insults about their backgrounds and careers. Montana then punched Lennox, leading to a brawl at ringside. Officials tried to separate them, but the fight continued as they battled toward the backstage area.
Birth Right vs EK Prosper, Sean Legacy, & Zilla Fatu
Birth Right, featuring Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo, Lexis King and Uriah Connors, faced EK Prosper, Sean Legacy and Zilla Fatu. The babyface team controlled the early action, with Legacy and Prosper hitting several quick moves. Zilla later entered and used his power against King and Lorenzo. Prosper, Legacy and Fatu then hit dives in quick succession before the commercial break.
After returning, the match broke down again, with Fatu diving onto King and Prosper hitting an avalanche Frankensteiner. Zilla later cleaned the house with big strikes and a Rock Bottom. Arianna Grace distracted referee Derek Sanders, stopping a tag to Prosper. Connors then took advantage and pinned Legacy with a folding press. After the match, Fatu hit King with a slicing right.
Grayson Waller and Mason Rook Trade Heated Words
Grayson Waller and Mason Rook faced off in a heated verbal exchange ahead of their title match. Waller praised Rook’s size and ability but said he was only giving 75 per cent of his effort. He claimed he would push Rook beyond his limits and make him quit. Waller then handed Rook the microphone and challenged him to respond.
Rook said Waller could talk as much as he wanted, but things would change once the bell rang. He questioned why Waller had returned to NXT and said Waller would struggle to handle his size and strength. Rook warned that Waller’s talking would not save him when they fought. The two continued arguing before the show ended.
