After the second Ashes Test, the selectors will assess the composition of the squad and have the option to make alterations for the remaining matches against England at Headingly, Old Trafford, and The Oval.
On May 28, a squad of 15 players for the ICC World Test Championship final will be announced.
As per Australia Squad For WTC Final 2023, Warner has a chance to improve his recent record, which has only one century in 32 Test innings since the beginning of 2021. Additionally, his average score was only 9.5 during the last Ashes tour in 2019.
The Australia Squad For WTC Final 2023 includes Usman Khawaja, who is likely to take one of the opener positions. Marcus Harris and Matt Renshaw are also potential options to partner with the veteran at the top of the order.

Australia is scheduled to compete against India in the World Test Championship final at the Oval from June 7-11. Following this, they will proceed to play the first Ashes Test against England at Edgbaston from June 16-20.
