He lost his mother when he was just three years old. After that, his father remarried, and his grandmother Parvati Verma moved with him to Bhopal along with his uncle Amit Verma. His grandmother raised him like a mother, and even today he calls her “Mummy” because that’s what his uncle used to call her.
