Ilia Topuria is one of the dominant names in the Featherweight Division. The 145-pound hamp recently released a video ahead of his monumental fight with BMF belt holder Max Holloway.
Topuria became the featherweight champion after knocking out Alexander Volkanovski at UFC 298 on February 18. On the other hand, Max Holloway sent lightweight sensation Justin the Highlight Gaethje to the shadow realm in the historical venue of UFC 300.
While both fighters had their win with incredible knockouts in their last fights, a battle between them would be one of the biggest events. The two will fight at the UFC 308 on 27 October at the Etihad Arena.

Ahead of the super fight, Topuria released a training video in which he is seen punching the pads real quick. This really stunned UFC commentator and podcaster Joe Rogan. Rogan called Topuria ‘phenomenal’.
”Ilia Topuria is one of the absolute best fighters in the world. The dude is just f***ing phenomenal. One of the things that is phenomenal about him is his technique. Watch him hit the punches. See how he’s moving his head when the guy throws punches? Slipping just slightly. The speed, man, The f***ing speed of that. Look at the hand speed. F***ing incredible. If you know how difficult that is to do and do it that fast. I mean, these are like five, six punches a second and just phenomenal technique.”
