Taskin Ahmed has found some form coming into the 2023 World Cup. He took nine wickets in his four appearances in the recent Asia Cup. As far as ODIs are concerned, he has taken 21 wickets in 10 innings in 2023.
Taskin, along with pacer Mustafizue Rehman, will play a vital role in an otherwise spin-heavy side that is Bangladesh, especially when they are expected to find some pace-friendly pitches.
