WWE Raw took place at Arena Ciudad de Mexico in Mexico City, Mexico. It was the red brand’s second and final show from Mexico. Roman Reigns defended the WWE Men’s World Championship against tournament winner Penta el Zero M. Reigns retained the title after defeating Penta.
Chad Gable also defended the Intercontinental Championship against Dragon Lee. Gable retained the title by submission.
Money in the Bank qualifying matches took place on the show. Je’Von Evans defeated Austin Theory and Big Cass to qualify for the men’s ladder match. Lola Vice also qualified for the women’s match after defeating Kelani Jordan and Raquel Rodriguez.

Rey Mysterio Returns in Neck Brace
Rey Mysterio appeared on Raw in a neck brace alongside Adam Pearce and welcomed Mexico City. He spoke about his history in Mexico and said he was proud to represent the country. Rey then introduced Stephanie Vaquer, who celebrated winning back the WWE Women’s World Championship.
Liv Morgan interrupted with Dominik Mysterio and accused Vaquer of cheating. She also insulted Rey. Dominik called Rey a deadbeat and claimed Liv was the real champion. Rey reminded him that he had lost the AAA Mega Championship to El Grande Americano. Dominik challenged Rey to a mixed tag match, but Rey was not medically cleared. El Grande Americano accepted the challenge instead.
El Grande Americano & Stephanie Vaquer vs Judgment Day (Dominik Mysterio & Liv Morgan) (Mixed Match)
El Grande Americano and Stephanie Vaquer faced Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan in a mixed tag match. Americano and Vaquer controlled the early action, but Judgment Day repeatedly targeted Vaquer and used distractions to gain an advantage. Vaquer fought back with a dragon screw, Devil’s Kiss and 619 on both opponents.
Just as Americano and Vaquer prepared to finish the match, JD McDonagh and other Judgment Day members attacked from the crowd. The match ended in a disqualification. Afterward, Rey Mysterio tried to help, but Dominik attacked his injured father. Americano made the save, though McDonagh stopped him. Dominik then hit Rey with a frog splash.
Austin Theory vs “Big” Colin Cassady vs Je’Von Evans (Money in the Bank Qualifying Match)
Je’Von Evans, Austin Theory and “Big” Colin Cassady battled for a spot in the Money in the Bank ladder match. Cassady used his size to control much of the match, including a running chokeslam over the barricade. Theory also found ways to avoid danger, with Maxxine Dupri helping him at key moments. Evans stayed in the fight despite taking several heavy attacks from Cassady. Near the end, Evans used Theory to crash into Cassady before hitting the OG Cutter on the big man. Evans then pinned Cassady to win the match. With the victory, Je’Von Evans qualified for the Money in the Bank ladder match.
Chad Gable (c) vs Dragon Lee (WWE Men’s Intercontinental Championship)
Chad Gable defended the WWE Men’s Intercontinental Championship against Dragon Lee in a competitive match. Both wrestlers exchanged technical moves early, with Lee using quick attacks and high-flying moves to keep Gable under pressure. Gable answered with suplexes and targeted Lee’s leg.
Lee hit the Operation: Dragon and later survived a moonsault, while Gable kicked out of the Styles Clash. The champion continued attacking Lee’s leg and locked in the ankle lock. Lee fought to reach the ropes but could not escape, forcing him to submit. Gable retained the Intercontinental Championship. After the match, Gable checked on Lee and raised his hand before leaving the ring.
Kelani Jordan vs Lola Vice vs Raquel Rodriguez (Money in the Bank Qualifying Match)
Kelani Jordan, Lola Vice and Raquel Rodriguez battled for a spot in the Money in the Bank ladder match. Rodriguez used her power early, while Vice and Jordan worked together to take her down. All three wrestlers exchanged several big moves after the break. Jordan hit a Frankensteiner and later went for a 450 Splash, but Vice got her knees up and locked in a triangle choke. Rodriguez broke up the submission and later put Vice in a sleeper hold. Lola Vice won by pinfall and qualified for the Money in the Bank ladder match.
Penta el Zero M vs Roman Reigns (c) (WWE Men’s World Championship)
Roman Reigns defended the WWE Men’s World Championship against Penta el Zero M in a hard-fought match. Penta attacked Roman with chops, an enzuigiri, senton and a tope con giro early on. Reigns later took control and targeted Penta with heavy strikes and a powerbomb onto the announce desk.
Penta fought back and hit the Penta Driver, but Roman kicked out. He also survived a flip piledriver and a second Penta Driver. Reigns answered with a Superman Punch and later stopped Penta’s springboard attempt. After another exchange of strikes, Roman hit the Spear for the pinfall victory. Reigns retained the World Championship as the Mexico City crowd reacted with disappointment.
