Siraj And Umran Malik Are Out of Duleep Trophy: BCCI has announced that Mohammed Siraj and Umran Malik are out of the Duleep Trophy due to the players getting ill. The board announced the news on August 27. According to reports, Ravindra Jadeja is also released from the Team B squad due to an unknown reason.
Siraj, who was also a part of Team B, will be replaced by Navdeep Saini. Gaurav Yadav will join Team C as a replacement for Umran Malik.
The tournament will kick off on September 5, with Team A meeting Team B and Team C competing with Team D. The Team A vs Team B match will take place at MA Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru. The Team C vs Team D match will occur at the Rural Development Trust Stadium in Anantapur.
