The CSK boy hit a thrilling match-winner in Chennai Super Kings’ latest win against Gujarat Titans. Coming as an impact player, Dube scored a massive 51 runs and acquired the player of the match award.
Shivam Dube Calls CSK Different Than Others
After the match, Dube spoke up about his experience in CSK. Being uncomfortable in his previous franchises including the RCB, Dube said that he feels free at CSK. The 30-year-old wants to win matches for his team.
“This franchise is different from all others. This franchise is giving me freedom and I also want to win some matches for them. I worked in that way as well – it is helping me, I know they are going to bowl short balls and I’m ready for that. They want me to go on a higher strike-rate and I want to do that,”
Dube said in the post-match presentation.
