MS Dhoni Cheating Case Against Partners: Details
The case pertains to a cricket academy global venture where Dhoni claims to have been duped of Rs. 15 crore. Despite repeated reminders and legal notices, the accused, both officials of Aarka Sports Management, allegedly failed to honor the agreed-upon terms of paying a franchise fee and sharing revenue.
In response, Dhoni revoked the authority letter granted to the company. The legal action comes as Dhoni prepares for IPL 2024, possibly his last season as a player, having led the Chennai Super Kings to their 5th IPL title in 2023.
Will He Play in IPL 2024?
It’s still not clear whether MS Dhoni is completely fit after the surgery he underwent post-IPL 2023. But as he is already in the retention list of Chennai Super Kings, Thala most probably will perform one last dance.
