Harbhajan Calls Out Gill for Being Irresponsible: Gujarat Titans captain Shubman Gill is under fire after the repeated sloppy batting in IPL 2024. The youngster gave away his wicket too easily in the last match against Punjab Kings and this made the chase a bit more difficult.
Indian legend Harbhajan Singh has had enough of Shubman Gill’s irresponsible batting display as the former spinner slammed the GT skipper.
Harbhajan Calls Out Gill for Being Irresponsible
According to Harbhajan, Shubman Gill is failing to understand the importance of his wicket. His dismissal took a rather easy game into a deep chase.
“What was the need of that shot? Shubman Gill will have to understand the importance of his wicket. You can’t just come and throw away your wicket to put your team into trouble. The chase should have been easy, but the GT batters’ mistake took the game deep. It is high time Gujarat worked on their weakness,” Harbhajan said talking to Star Sports.
GT are placed sixth on the points table with 8 points from 8 games after managing to even out their winning and losing numbers.

Shubman Gill and Gujarat Titans will travel to Delhi to face the home team. The match will be on 24 April and will be broadcast on Star Sports.
