1) Alzarri Joseph – ₹ 11.5 Crore
The lanky West Indian pacer has emerged as one of the best players for his national side in recent years. Now the vice-captain of the West Indies, Joseph’s 6-foot-4 frame allows him to test the batter’s determination with lethal bouncers.
Joseph will likely be the face of the RCB bowling attack in IPL 2024 alongside Mohammad Siraj.

2) Yash Dayal – ₹ 5 Crore
Yash Dayal had an IPL to forget in 2023, more specifically, he had a night to forget. After impressing with his consistency in Gujarat Titans’ title-winning 2022 season, Dayal came against the Kolkata Knight Riders and Rinku Singh in 2023. Who can forget that match, with 28 runs required off the last 5 balls, Rinku hit Dayal for 5 consecutive sixes to take the match home.
After getting away from cricket for some time, Dayal returned to domestic cricket late this year, taking 9 wickets in 6 games in the Vijay Hazare trophy. He will most likely be a rotation player in the squad.
3) Tom Curran – ₹ 1.5 Crore
A decent bowling all-rounder with experience playing in the IPL, Tom Curran is a fine replacement/rotation player to have in the squad. The Englishman might come in as an injury replacement for the likes of Glenn Maxwell and Cameron Green, despite coming nowhere close to them batting-wise.

4) Lockie Ferguson – ₹ 2 Crore
Another rotation/replacement player, this time for someone bought in this auction too, Alzarri Joseph. Lockie Ferguson is one of the fastest bowlers in the world who on a bowler-assisting pitch can decimate any batting order.
5) Swapnil Singh – Rs. 20 Lakh
Swapnil Singh is an experienced domestic slow-arm orthodox bowler who has been a standout for Baroda in the Ranji Trophy for years. Although he has been around in the IPL for years, he only made his league debut last season for Lucknow Super Giants, playing two matches for them.
6) Saurav Chuahan – ₹ 20 Lakh
The wicket-keeper-batter is one for the future for RCB. Coming into the squad as the third-choice keeper, Saurav has a decent domestic career, which includes a List-A century
