WWE Friday Night SmackDown returned on Feb. 6, 2026, from the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. The show focused on building up to the Elimination Chamber premium live event, which was scheduled later in the month in Chicago.
The night featured Elimination Chamber qualifying matches, including a women’s triple threat match and a men’s triple threat match. Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky defended the women’s tag team titles against Giulia and Kiana James.

Drew McIntyre came out to the ring, but Cody Rhodes immediately blindsided him. Cody attacked him hard, brawled him down to the ringside, and smashed Drew’s face into the ringpost.
Cody then got in the ring and called Drew out. He said Drew can’t walk out smiling after eliminating him from a match Cody wasn’t even part of. Cody admitted that for the first time since returning, he couldn’t even point at the WrestleMania sign.
Cody warned Drew that his shame and discomfort would be his downfall, and promised Drew wouldn’t even make it to WrestleMania.
Giulia & Kiana James vs IYO SKY & Rhea Ripley(c)
Giulia and Kiana James challenged IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles. Giulia nearly won with a missile dropkick. IYO fought back and finally made the hot tag to Ripley. Rhea exploded with superkicks, lariats, and big power moves.
The match broke down into chaos with both teams trading saves and near falls. In the end, Ripley hit the Riptide, IYO followed with a moonsault, and Ripley pinned Giulia. RHIYO won by pinfall and retained the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship.
Carmelo Hayes vs The Miz
Carmelo Hayes faced The Miz in a fast-paced match. Miz slowed things down before the break with a lariat and stayed in control. After the commercial, Miz tried for the Skull-Crushing Finale, but Hayes escaped. Hayes caught Miz with a Codebreaker and got the pin. Carmelo Hayes won by pinfall.
Chelsea Green vs Lash Legend vs Tiffany Stratton
Chelsea Green faced Lash Legend and Tiffany Stratton in an Elimination Chamber qualifying match. Lash dominated for a while, slamming Stratton into Green and hitting big power moves, but still couldn’t finish the match. Chelsea and Tiffany both fought back with fast strikes and counters.
Nia Jax later interfered by pulling Chelsea off a pin attempt, and Alba Fyre got involved, leading to a brawl on the floor. In the end, Tiffany recovered quickly and hit the Prettiest Moonsault Ever on Chelsea Green for the win. Tiffany Stratton qualified for the Elimination Chamber match.
WWE SmackDown Highlights: Kit Wilson vs Oba Femi
Kit Wilson came out and grabbed a mic. He said he was at the Royal Rumble and everything he saw disgusted him. He called the men in the match toxic and said they were acting like ugly alpha meatheads. He said he is the “true man” because he shows emotions, moisturizes, listens, and has confidence. He danced around and mocked the crowd while saying he was redefining masculinity.
He then challenged anyone from the Rumble to face him. Oba Femi answered the challenge. Oba Femi finished the match quickly with Fall From Grace and pinned Kit Wilson for the win.
Shinsuke Nakamura vs Tama Tonga
After some fight, Tama Tonga smashed Nakamura into the announce desk and even hit an elbow drop off the barricade onto Nakamura’s neck. Outside interference came when JC Mateo pulled Tonga out of danger. Nakamura knocked Mateo down with a baseball slide and kept pushing the pace with a jumping DDT and a Saito suplex. Nakamura hit strong strikes and tried Landslide, but Tama survived. Tama then hit Cutthroat to the back of Nakamura’s head and pinned him to win.
WWE SmackDown Highlights: Jade Cargill & Jordynne Grace vs Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez
Nick Aldis brought out Liv Morgan with Raquel Rodriguez. Liv acted cocky and called herself the greatest Royal Rumble winner ever. Raquel tried to speak, but Jade Cargill interrupted. Jade said she didn’t care about Liv winning and promised to destroy her at WrestleMania if Liv picked her. Liv laughed and said she could always choose Vaquer and let Raquel take care of Jade.
Aldis stepped in and booked a tag match immediately.
In the match, Judgment Day controlled early. After the break, Liv and Raquel double-teamed Grace. Jade accidentally hit Grace with a superkick, but Raquel then accidentally kicked Liv with a big boot. Grace took advantage and pinned Raquel with a schoolboy. Jade Cargill and Jordynne Grace won.
Aleister Black vs Randy Orton vs Solo Sikoa
Aleister Black faced Randy Orton and Solo Sikoa in an Elimination Chamber qualifying match, with Trick Williams watching from ringside. Late in the match, Orton hit a superplex on Black. Solo landed a diving splash on Orton, but Orton kicked out.
Orton attacked both men on the announce desk, then hit a hanging DDT on Solo. Solo nearly won with Spinning Solo, but Black kept surviving. Orton finally hit the RKO on Black, but Black rolled out of the ring before he could be pinned. Orton then caught Solo with another RKO and pinned him.
