Is tournament mein total 27 series aur 71 matches khelenge league stage mein. Top 2 teams jo points table mein sabse upar rahengi, woh final khelegi. Har team total 6 Test series khelegi – 3 apne ghar par aur 3 opposition ke ghar jaake. Har series mein 2 se lekar 5 Test matches honge.
Points System
Points system pichle edition jaisa hi rakha gaya hai. Har jeet par team ko 12 points milenge, jabki tie hone par dono teams ko 6-6 points milenge. Draw hone par 4 points milenge, jabki haarne par koi points nahi diya jayega. Agar koi team match ke dauraan over-rate maintain nahi kar payi, toh har ek over ke liye ek point ka deduction hoga. Jaise pichle edition mein tha, waise hi teams ko points percentage ke basis par rank kiya jayega.
