Sneijder Says Ten Hag Lost Utd Players With CR7: Former Dutch legend Wesley Sneijder thinks that Eric Ten Hag lost his dressing room by competing with Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ten Hag, who joined United two years ago, is having a tough time at Manchester United. The Dutchman who was supposed to change United’s fate after the retirement of legendary coach Alex Ferguson somehow is on the verge of losing his job at Old Trafford.
United currently sits at 6th on the points table and will not even qualify for the Europa League next season.
Ten Hag is blamed for bringing up his ego when he deals with star players. After a terrible end with Cristiano Ronaldo, Ten Hag also lost Jaden Sancho to Dortmund for loan after the manager disgraced the player by asking him not to train with first-team players.

According to Sneijder, Ten Hag lost the dressing room when he competed with Cristiano Ronaldo.
“He already made a mistake by competing with Ronaldo. He lost everyone’s respect there. He thought it would work the other way around, but of course not. Those guys in the dressing room thought, ‘Is this man crazy?”
Sneijder also said that if he was Ten Hag, he would continue the job until he got sacked.
“Of course, he already knows that he has to leave. But you’re not going to go yourself. If I was him, I would sit there comfortably [until he’s sacked].”
