A recent U-19 World Cup winner with India in 2022, Angkrish Raghuvanshi is a middle-order batter who also bowls left-arm finger spin. In a very early stage of his domestic career, he hit his first List-A half-century in the Vijay Hazare trophy in November 2023.
5) Ramandeep Singh – ₹ 20 Lakh
The lower-middle-order batter out of Chandigarh has the ability to score quick runs towards the end of the innings, especially in T20s, an ability he has showcased in domestic cricket with a strike rate of over 155. The Afghan off-spinner is still surprisingly 22 years old, despite being around for so long. In his six-year-old cricket international career, he has become a part of Afghanistan’s impressive spin factory alongside Rashid Khan and youngster Noor Ahmed.
Rahman has also been playing in the IPL since 2018, taking 14 wickets in 11 matches played, taking 14 wickets in 11 matches for the Punjab Kings that season.
