Steve Smith Would Bat At No-4: Apart from playing at the picturesque Stadium of Dharamsala, Australia have more good news, as the injured Travis Head was seen batting in the nets for 20 minutes ahead of their World Cup clash against arch-rivals New Zealand. Apart from Head, Marcus Stoinis was also active in the nets and didn’t feel any discomfort during the practice.

Though confirmation regarding Head’s participation in the match is still on the way, it has certainly caused confusion in the dressing room regarding the batting order of players. Travis has proved his brilliance at the top, and it is expected that the batter will be back in his opening role.

When the question was thrown at Cummin’s, he had a similar response. The skipper certainly believes that Smith would do anything for the team.
“I think he said himself, do whatever is best for the team,” he said. “And Trav’s been amazing [at the top of the order] over the last 12 months. Mitch Marsh at the top has been amazing. Davey Warner’s obviously a superstar up there. We think that’s the best way to set up the team and we’re really excited with how the batting line-up looks like. No, it’s been fine. We all do some roles that maybe is not your preference but it’s what’s best for the team so it’s fine.”
Australia has certainly moved out of the initial hiccups in the tournament by winning the last three after losing the initial two games. But October 28th would be one of their biggest tests when they face New Zealand at HPCA Stadium in Dharamshala.
As per the Steve Smith Would Bat At No-4, With New Zealand coming after their only loss to India and Australia climbing up to their winning ways, Dharamsala would be loud on Saturday.
