Hat-Trick Of IPL Titles: The Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) sealed their second IPL title by beating Gujarat Titans (GT) in the IPL 2026 final in Ahmedabad. With this victory, RCB joined Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians as the teams who have successfully defended their IPL crown.
Krunal Pandya, RCB’s key spin-bowling all-rounder, joined his brother Hardik Pandya, former MI teammates Jasprit Bumrah and Kieron Pollard, and CSK legend MS Dhoni in the elite list of players who won five IPL trophies.
Krunal won his first three IPL trophies with MI in 2017, 2019, and 2020, and now has gone back-to-back with RCB in 2025 and 2026.

Leg-spinner Karn Sharma is famously known to have brought luck to his IPL franchises. In fact, Karn was the first player in IPL history to win a hat-trick of IPL trophies. And very interestingly, he won them with three different teams.
Karn won his first IPL trophy in 2016 with Sunrisers Hyderabad, his second with Mumbai Indians in 2017, and his third with Chennai Super Kings in 2018.
The leggie bagged his fourth IPL trophy in 2021 with CSK.
Phil Salt
England’s Phil Salt is the only player on this list of players winning three IPL trophies in three consecutive seasons. Salt had a blockbuster IPL 2024 with KKR as he powered them to their third IPL title.
He was then bought by RCB in the IPL 2025 mega auction and had another fantastic season, helping RCB win their maiden IPL trophy.
In IPL 2026, Salt’s participation was limited to only six matches due to an injury, but he hit two fifties. RCB won their second title this year, and Salt his third successive IPL trophy.
Suyash Sharma
Suyash Sharma also traveled the same road as Phil Salt. He was part of KKR’s IPL 2024 trophy-winning squad before being bought by RCB in the mega auction.
He claimed 17 wickets across two seasons for RCB in 2025 and 2026 and completed his hat-trick of IPL trophies.
