Will Ronda Rousey wrestle at another WrestleMania?: After her loss in a disappointing match against Shayna Baszler at SummerSlam 2023, Ronda Rousey seems to have parted ways with WWE. Sources claim that the former MMA star will stay away from the business for the foreseeable future.
For all her time as a professional wrestler, Rousey was considered a generational talent for the little amount of time she had under her belt. But for some reason, she was not able to connect with the fans for much of her run in the WWE. The question that now arises is, will she return to WWE at any point in the future, maybe just an appearance at the Grandest Stage of Them All?

For all the backlash she faced from some parts of the WWE Universe, it seems that Ronda Rousey left WWE for her own reason.
As a close friend of Shayna Baszler, it was speculated before Ronda and Shyna’s match at SummerSlam that it might be the former UFC Bantamweight Champion’s last match in the sports entertainment promotion. In an Instagram post following the match, Rousey thanked Baszler for helping her get into the business, but also stated that she has nothing left to do in professional wrestling –
“Shayna Baszler you were the reason I got into this business… Now I got no reason to stay,” Ronda wrote in the caption of her Instagram post.
But that might not be the only reason for her to leave WWE. Ever since leaving the company for the first time in 2019, Ronda Rousey has shared her intentions of birthing
multiple children with her husband Travis Browne. In 2021, she gave birth to her first baby child. It is entirely possible that this break will see her become a mother for the second time.
Yet another reason for Ronda to leave WWE is to cash the chips of her accrued fame in some other industry. In an interview with The Sun magazine right after her SummerSlam 2023 match, Rousey suggested that she has a keen interest in pursuing a career in Hollywood as an actor.

While her comments following her exit do suggest that Ronda Rousey has no intention of returning to WWE and that she has left professional wrestling behind, ‘Never Say Never’ is not just a saying in the world of WWE.
Several former stars have returned to the company years, even decades after leaving. Many wrestlers, who burnt bridges before leaving the company, ultimately ended up coming back.
For Ronda Rousey, it currently seems that she needs time away from professional wrestling and its fans. When enough time passes, enough money is on the plate, and there are good storylines ready for her; it is not only possible but probable that Ronda Rousey will return to WWE, maybe even full-time.
But if a full-time return is not on the table, maybe Ronda Rousey will return to WWE for just a match at WrestleMania.
