Sherfane Rutherford is a cricketer from Guyana who plays for the West Indies. He made his Twenty20 International (T20I) debut for the West Indies against Bangladesh on 22 December 2018. He later made his One Day International (ODI) debut in December 2023 against England.

Sherfane Rutherford’s Personal Life
Sherfane Rutherford is from Enmore, Guyana, and he comes from a large family of seven siblings. Rutherford has often said that his family has been the biggest driving force behind his cricket journey.
A major part of his life story is the loss of both his parents. He has openly spoken about how painful it was and how it changed him mentally. He said losing his parents was extremely tough, but it also gave him motivation to keep going.
Rutherford revealed that when his father passed away in 2022, it was the same time he became a father himself. He explained that having his own family gave him strength and helped him push through setbacks, even when life became emotionally difficult.
