S Sreenath picks X-Factor for India in SA Tour: Former Indian cricketer S Sreenath opened up about the upcoming South African Tour of Team India. Sreenath, who played for India from 2006 to 2011, analyzed India’s chances of winning a Test series for the first time on South African Soil.

In an interview with Firstpost, Sreenath said that considering the incredible performance of Team India in the World Cup, this is the best chance for them to win a Test series on the Proteas soil for the first time.
“It is their best chance to win first ever Test series in South Africa. Indian players are in form and the way they played in the World Cup shows that they can beat any rival in the world. I am confident that we are going to win the series this time,” he said.
S Sreenath Picks Virat Kohli and KL Rahul to be India’s X-Factor
Talking about the X-factor of the team, Sreenath didn’t even hesitate to pick India’s World Cup star Virat Kohli. Along with him, he picked KL Rahul to be the one who is going to be outstanding for the team.
“Virat Kohli for me. Virat would love to prove himself again and he takes pride in it. It’s his personal responsibility to deliver for the team. So I will go with Virat and KL Rahul.” he said.
India’s Africa Tour will commence with a T20I on December 10 this month. Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma will only join the team for the test series which will start rolling by December 26.
