Real Madrid Looks To Sign Kylian Mbappe ASAP: Real Madrid is planning on contacting PSG and France star Kylian Mbappe for trade talks in order to confirm whether he still intends to join the Spanish club.
Real and Mbappe have had a flirtatious relationship for several years now. It is no surprise that Los Blancos sees a future leader and possible GOAT in the Franch star. But PSG, backed by the Qatar Sports Investment Fund, have done everything in their power to keep the 25-year-old.
Kylian’s current contract, set to expire in June 2024, treats him as more than a player. Not only is he one of the highest-paid players in the world, but he also has certain executive powers within the French club.

Real Madrid are now looking to contact Mbappe in January itself, six months before his contract expires. The club will most likely look to confirm a deal and sign a contract with him. A contract that will be signed and will kick off the day Mbappe’s current deal with PSG expires.
This is the same method of business they did with David Alaba. His contract with Bayern Munich was set to expire in June 2021, but Real finalized a contract with him in January of that year.
The sporting regulations do allow the player to finalize a deal with another club with six months left in their current contract. A contract that was made up in mid-2022 seems to be the one still on the table. That contract will see Kylian Mbappe receive 26 million Euros per year as salary, and a 130 million Euros signing bonus.
If this deal goes through, PSG will not receive any transfer fee for their biggest star, something Real Madrid has been trying to do ever since they had their eyes on Mbappe.
