Bengaluru police filed an FIR against Virat Kohli’s pub, One8 Commune due to not closing on the deadline at night. According to police, the pub was supposed to close by 1 AM but was still working at 1:20 AM.

The Pub is situated at Kasturba Road in Bengaluru, and the case was registered at the Cubbon Park police station.
“We have booked around 3-4 pubs for running late till 1:30 am last night. We received complaints of loud music being played. Pubs were allowed to remain open only till 1 am and not beyond that,” DCP Central said.
The decision was based on many complaints regarding the noise at night from the people who live nearby.
The Pub chain was there in the news before as well on various issues. One man from Tamil Nadu was restrained from entering the club due to wearing a veshti. Later the man took the issue to a special media. Another one was when the Delhi High Court ordered the One* Commune to stop playing songs that have copyrights owned by Phonographic Performance Limited (PPL).
One8 Commune is spread in many cities across India, including Delhi, Mumbai, and Kolkata.
