In Neymar’s absence, Rodrygo is wearing his legendary No. 10 jersey at the Copa America. The Al-Hilal player picked Rodrygo to be Brazil’s key player in the tournament.
“Brazil’s key player? For me, I think it’s Rodrygo,” Neymar said. “Vini [Vinícius] will play everything he knows, but I think Rodrygo is very different. He’s a star, and the No. 10 shirt will definitely bring him a lot of luck.”
Brazil will face Costa Rica in their inaugural match at the Copa America SoFi stadium in California on June 25.
