Nasser Hussain Lauds Harry Brook in England Win: Ex-England Cricketer Nasser Hussain lauded Harry Brook, who hit a spectacular triple-ton against Pakistan in the ongoing 3-match Test series, with a unique compliment.
According to Nasser Hussain, Brook is a blend of two legendary English batters, Kevin Pietersen and Joe Root.

Nasser Hussain said that Brook possesses the shots of KP and the ‘rhythm and hunger’ of Root.
“Scoring a triple hundred on a run a ball is not heard every day. It was a batting of the highest class. Harry Brook has the shots of Kevin Pietersen and the rhythm and hunger of his current teammate Joe Root,” Nasser Hussain said on SKY Sports.
“Pietersen and Root are among the five greatest players ever in England. Brook plays shots like Pietersen, and his tempo and grit are like Root’s.”
Nasser Hussain also remembered Joe Root telling him to watch Harry Brook once up on a time.
“Joe Root once told me to watch out for Harry Brook. He was right. Brook is beautiful to watch, and he has grown up watching Joe Root bat, and he is breaking records with him.”
By reaching the triple century in just 310 balls, Brook wrote another record in his name as the Englishman became the owner of the second fastest triple century in the world, just behind India’s Virender Sehwag.
With the help of Brook’s 317 (322), and 275 (362), England reached 823 against Pakistan’s first innings score 556. In the second innings, Pakistan got all out for 226, which made England win by an innings and 47 runs
