Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) young speed gun Mayank Yadav for the first half of IPL 2025. According to reports, he is healthy from a back injury and is currently undergoing rehabilitation at the BCCI Center of Excellence in Bengaluru. Although Mayank has started to bowl again, his return on the fitness level depends. If he cleans all training tests, he may be available for the other part of the tournament.
LSG retained Mayank for a huge amount of RS 11 crore from the Mega auction after his amazing IPL 2024 performance. The young bowler became a sensation by bagging the player of match prices in his first two games and bowls at a speed of 150 km per hour. However, injuries have disturbed progress, making them limited to only four games last season. Jasprit Bumrah will probably miss the first few matches
