Longest sixes in IPL: The prelude of what was to come in the IPL was given in the very first match of the competition back in 2008, when in the inaugural edition’s opening match, between KKR and RCB, KKR opener Brendon McCullum blasted 158* runs, including 13 sixes, at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium.
