Donny van de Beek to Juventus?
Donny van de Beek was signed by Manchester United in 2020. He was a part of Eric Ten Hag’s Ajax, which had a magical run in Europe at the time, including in the UEFA Champions League. Van de Beek was an important player in that team filled with talents like Franie de Jong.
Though Ole Gunnar Solskjær, who was Man Utd’s manager at the time, landed Donny, he failed to give him considerable game time to develop. The later interim manager, Ralf Rangnick, was also not fond of him that much. When United landed Eric Ten Hag as their manager in May 2022, Donny decided to stay, believing that his previous manager at Ajax would give him a chance to shine. But, like all the other managers, Ten Hag also neglected him, leading to the current situation. He may leave in January, and Juventus are already on him.
Jaden Sancho to Juventus?
Jadon Sancho was considered one of the most skilled youngsters when he was in Borussia Dortmund. Sancho’s quick feet, beautiful step-overs, and the shots by cutting left from the right wing were a feast to watch. He was signed by Ole Solskjær in 2021, and he officially became a United player. Along with him, the club also had Cristiano Ronaldo from Juventus and Rafael Varane from Real Madrid that season. Cristiano fell out with Eric Tan Hag after the manager was accused of disrespecting the player. Now it’s Sancho who fell out with Ten Hag, and he has already made up his mind to quit the club in January.
Both Donny and Sancho are incredible talents. It’s just that they both ended up in a messy United at the wrong time. If Juventus lands both of them, it would be a fresh start for sure. And it will again strengthen the attacking prowess of the Sere A side.
