According to journalist Christian Falk, Manchester United and Dortmund have already had talks, and the player may start training for the German side in a week.

While Dortmund has agreed to pay a loan fee for their former star, the salary will be paid by the Red Devils.

Jaden Sancho was considered one of the best young talents in world football during his tenure at Borussia Dortmund. During his career, which lasted from 2017 to 2021, the Englishman scored 38 goals in 104 appearances. Apart from his incredible goalscoring abilities, Sancho was known for his stunning dribbling skills and his playmaking abilities. This put him under the lens of big European clubs, and it was Manchester United who finally snatched him in 2021.
Since then, it has been a downfall in his career. United managers, one after the other, ended up excluding the player from the starting lineup. For the worse, the player came onto the blacklist of United’s current manager, Eric Ten Hag, after both had a heated moment this season.
Sancho could only find the net nine times in 58 games for the United between 2021 and 2024. The move to his former club, where he was respected after all, might give him a fresh start and a U-turn in his falling career.
