Gujarat Titans IPL 2026 Squad: The IPL 2026 auction has come to a rest, and we now have the full picture of how the Gujarat Titans will shape up in the upcoming season of the biggest franchise cricket league in the world.
The Titans came into the auction with a small budget of Rs 12.90 crore, the third smallest in the league. This is understandable, seeing that they made it to the playoffs last season.

The Ahmedabad-based franchise retained much of its squad from last season, including its formidable batting order. Led by captain Shreyas Iyer, the GT batting order before the auction included Sai Sudharsan, Jos Buttler, Anuj Rawat, and Kumar Kushagra as wicketkeepers, and a lower-middle-order hitter in Shahrukh Khan.
Rashid Khan is their star spinner and all-rounder. Other all-rounders include Glenn Phillips, Rahul Tewatia, Washington Sundar, Manav Suthar, Jayant Yadav, and Nishant Sandhu.
Finally, retained bowlers. The Titans had a list of top pace bowlers even before the auction. This list includes Mohammed Siraj, Prasidh Krishna, Kagiso Rabada, Ishant Sharma, Gurnoor Brar, Arshad Khan, and Ashok Sharma. They also have a talented Indian spinner in Sai Kishore.
Before the second accelerated round of the auction, where previously unsold players are brought back on the docket, the Titans bought only two players. One was former West Indies captain and veteran all-rounder Jason Holder for a price of Rs. 7 crore, and the other was Rajasthan pace bowler Ashok Sharma, known for touching the 150 kmph mark.
In the third and last accelerated round, the Titans were one of the few teams with multiple slots to fill. They filled the first of their remaining three with English wicketkeeper/batter Tom Banton for Rs 2 crore. Then came a left-arm pacer from Andhra Pradesh, Prithvi Raj Yarra.
And then, with their last pick of the IPL 2026 auction, Gujarat bought English fast bowler Luke Wood.
