Ella was talking to Sky Sports after becoming the first player to complete 50 appearances for Manchester United. She even reveals saving one of the video messages she received from Ronaldo.

Ella who was the product of the Red Devils academy, joined Manchester United when it was formed in 2018. When Ronaldo joined in August 2021, Ella fell in love with the player seeing his personality and skills on the pitch.
“I always say it. He’s probably had such an impact on my career, the way that I wanted to be and that was Cristiano Ronaldo. I wore his boots. I wore the No 7 shirt. I was in love with him at Manchester United and the skills that he did and the confidence he played with.”
Ella said that she never met Ronaldo in person but still has his message saved to her favorites.
“I didn’t actually get to meet him. I did see him one time, the girls were all looking through the window going: ‘That’s Ronaldo!’ He did send me a video once and I’ve got that saved in the favorites!”
From Fan Girl to a Star
Though Ella is a fan girl of Ronaldo, she is a star herself now. The 24-year-old scored in the recent FA Cup final against Spurs wearing Ronaldo’s iconic No.7 jersey.
